Refund policy

We accept returns for store credit only—no refunds. To be eligible:

  • Your return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached.
  • No signs of wear - this means no makeup, tanner, deodorant, or any stains.

To start a return, email us at info@shopcessa.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label to make the process easy.

International Orders

International orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and custom charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Keep in mind:

  • Since our collections are made in limited batches, we may not have the same fabric available for an exchange. If that happens, we’ll issue store credit instead.
  • If your item is handmade and made to order, a processing time of 2-3 weeks may be required to create a new piece in the requested size. 
  • To request an exchange, email us at info@shopcessa.com.

Alterations

If your piece is a little too big and an exchange isn’t possible, we offer alteration services for a $30 fee to make sure it fits just right.

  • We’ll guide you through the next steps to get the perfect fit.

Defective or Damaged Items

We put a lot of love into every piece, but if something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Just email info@shopcessa.com with photos and a description of the issue, and we’ll cover the cost to replace it.
